went first to this branch and there is one staff who looks like she's doing everything that time, drive through, counter and some cleaning, her name is vanessa and she's nice to deal with, welcomed me with a big smile despite being very busy, taking orders and preparing drinks at the same time, etc. good job
Food quality is ok but quite mad that 2 times in a row I've ordered the cravable wrap and was charged for a full wrap when I read word for word off the menu. Maybe if 2 things sound the same the staff should clarify
This is my favorite Tim Hortons. They never mess my order up, and they never second guess my wierd requests. More than one employee knows our whole families order off by heart.
