I visited your restaurant to order a drink offer on my Tim’s app and use a gift card. I’m not familiar with the process but one of your staff, Vickie, was very patient with me and helped me with my order. She was very understanding and friendly, even though it was busy in the restaurant and she had other customers to serve. I find that more mature staff are more willing to take the time to help us mature customers and I appreciate the service! Thank you Vickie and I hope to see you again at this Timmie’s!!

Always something with this location. Either they forget your sauce, your tea/coffee is halfway full, or you have zero cream and zero sugar in your tea/coffee. Why is making coffee and tea such a hard task here?
