April 2023 Took granddaughters for donuts, let the youngsters select their donut, which they do by pointing. We relay the selection by the name label directly below. When the counter server goes and hands the incorrect donut, we point out the error, only to be rudely told in language inappropriate for young children, to paraphrase, “Thats what you asked, to bad”. I am from Northern Ireland, UK and I have been in 2 Tim Hortons in BC and they are so different from what we have back home. The only thing that is roughly the same are the coffee and donuts. Food menu is different from what we get and a better variety. Thank you, it's a 10/5 from me xx
