With recent negative experiences at many Tim Horton locations, I am very happy to see this location excel in every area of customer service. The store is very clean and well kept. The staff are super friendly and courteous and work together as a team with a great attitude. Today, I was so impressed with an employee named Renz who had the warmest welcoming smile. Good job to the manager at this location. Keeping Tim Hortons looking good
Best Tim Hortons location! We get our breakfast and coffees from this location on a daily basis. The staff is awesome! They are super friendly and always quick and efficient at getting orders completed! Also, the freshly baked cookies are delicious!
The service is always fast and friendly, even during the morning rush.
If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would. I cannot believe the way the manager treats other workers. It's TRULY disgusting, and I can't imagine how this lady is a manager. I overheard the way she talks to other employees, and I'm absolutely disgusted. "Shweta"... the way she talks down to other employees, it's unimaginable how degrading and humiliating it is. I have no words, and I would like to make a formal complaint.
