I am delivery driver. Been driving from 8 years and i take my job seriously. But the manager lady i dont know her name, just casually yelled at me for some other guy's mistake and ruined my morning. I was in my serenity zone and couldn't even process what happened, she basically generalized all of the courier driver and blamed me for there mistakes. Bravo lady!! I will make sure to drop all of this location's orders.
Ordered inside for one everything bagel, toasted with Herb and Garlic cream cheese. Didn't check until I got home to find out I got a GRILLED BAGEL with nothing else on it. So, I drive back, tell one of the girls at cash it was made wrong and I'm just looking for a remake. They turn to the girl working food station, mention it's grilled and she tells cash girl it's cause the toaster is broken. So cash girl turns back to me and tells me, then asks me if I still want it.
