This is the best Tim Hortons, in Canada! Always the staff are so nice and kind. Just makes me feel like a queen when I come. Their service is excellent!!!!! So I there food. They have never messed up my order. The store is also clean and well organized. I just love this Tim Hortons branch and I recommend this branch to everyone! Oh no, they've started doing what other fast food dummies are doing now too. What's the point of having a drive-thru if you start telling everybody to move up for your basic simple orders that they serve everyday? If your company's metrics are so difficult to deliver on that, your staff starts faking speed of service numbers by telling every customer at the drive-thru to 'pull ahead and park and will bring it out to you,' you're not really providing great service are you?
