They hardly ever get your order right! Kitchen staff is slow and don't multitask. Everyday, it's more expensive, no longer worth the price. Almost always understaffed and a line with no ends forms.
I don't go to Tim Hortons very often but, wow, this one is so clean. The service is quick and a smile is on all employees' faces.
Une honte, tout simplement. J’ai commandé un givré crémeux à la mangue… et on m’a servi une boisson imbuvable, complètement ratée. Le goût était chimique, acide, rien à voir avec ce que ça devrait être. J’ai littéralement dû la jeter après deux gorgées. Service expédié, zéro attention, aucune excuse. C’est inacceptable de servir ça à des clients. Très mauvaise expérience — je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans ce Tim.
