Hire local. Ditch the tfw's
I've noticed that dining room and women's vatheoom are often dirty - I'm not dure about the other bathrooms. However, when one particular staff member is working, everything looks great. She clears the lobby and bathrooms really well. I believe her name is Makayla, and she's also one of the nicest Staff members there.
I’m new to this area and go usually every morning at 5:30! The staff are really nice and friendly and my coffee is always delicious thanks!
The service seems to be improving, especially for in-store purchases. Thank you for your work to improve the issues. I still get missing items in the drive through and whatnot, but everyone seems so much more helpful than a few months ago. The manager is really kind and has helped on a couple occasions when something small (like a hashbrown) was missed. The interior is clean and well kept and the staff always seem happy. Thank you to the manager and staff.
