2 Days in a row now my coffee does not taste sweet and with enough cream. I have to drive across town to another coffe shop to have my triple triple done right.
Everyone here is always cheerful and polite. Today I watched 2 incredibly kind and patient servers go out of their way to make sure a deaf customer got exactly what she wanted. I don't know who's in charge at this Tim's, but great job training staff and creating a positive work culture!
Absolutely horrible service. Waiting 25 mins for a cold sandwich. If I wanted to take that long , I would have went to a restaurant. No receipt given, and when they brought my order they didnt know which car, and it ended up being the other guy that was waiting for 20 mins order. No "sorry for the wait", no apology, no thankyou. Nothing. Super disappointed. Whoever manages this location needs to go. Until that happens I won't be back. Don't waste your time going here.
Nobody there except me and I wait 10 minutes or more everyday for my items because they are so lazy they can't stand near the counter! Ridiculous place and ridiculous management
