It’s my birthday today and you are able to receive a free drink once you scan the app, I did that and it didn’t show my birthday on the app so they denied my free drink and the lady at the window was very rude. My experience was horrible and left me feeling bad on a day that’s supposed to make me feel special. Very upset, will not be going back to this location.
I appreciate the very fast drive thru as everyone seems to be working very hard. They have a timer for driver thru and they do rush you through to wait in the parking lot if your getting a bagel or sandwich or order isn't available right away. I get this to a degree but I've had this happen a few times when there wasn't anyone behind me. I don't understand that. Constructive feedback: Speed is awesome but don't forget customer relationships. Friendly greeting or send off goes along way for people.
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly, fast, and on top of everything, even during the busy rush. My order was accurate, the coffee was fresh, and the whole place was clean and well-kept.
