Their employees got quite an attitude. Every time I drive through they have to tell me something I did they don’t like: they prepared my order wrong because of my accent or I have to call in for certain item before I arrive since my order take too long time etc etc…. last time I need a receipt for my order and they just hand me a random one from someone else! why is the espresso machines are always broken at so many Tim Horton locations? it's the one good thing about Tim's these days after they've let food and coffee quality diminish the past few years
