I am giving this location 1 star because of the poor customer service I received. My husband is elderly and shaky so I always order a small coffee and ask for it in a medium size cup so that he doesn't burn himself. Never have I encountered a problem doing this at any other Tim Hortons I've been to, ever. Here I was told they wouldn't do this unless I paid for a medium size cup. Seriously!?!
