Bagel BELT had no lettuce or tomato. The ingredients are literally in the name. Guy at drive thru windows completely silent. No "hello," no "good morning," no "here's your order." Literally scanned my app, handed food, and closed windows.
PATHETIC!!! I pre-ordered my drink (15 mins in advance on Tims mobile app) and arrived on-time only to be told by the girl at the counter that she didn't make the drink coz she assumed I wouldn't come (as many customers do like this). I had already paid for my drink, why then wud she assumed I wouldn't come to pick my drink. I had to wait for 3 mins keeping my vehicle idling. What's the point of pre ordering your drink if the girl at the counter is going to make the drink only after the customer arrives at the restaurant.
Terrible experience at this location 13 JUN. Under no circumstances would I recommend this THs location to anyone.
