Likely the worse experience I've ever encountered in any Tim Hortons across Ontario.... witnessed a Tim's employee treat an older European couple (who were struggling with their English)so poorly I was embarrassed for them!!! My Mom demanded the employee's name which she gave as Samantha who then proceeded to try and explain that it was loud in her work area and she couldn't hear right....there was ABSOLUTELY NO excuse for that kind of customer service....she was rude and short with them while they struggled to place their o... read more
