Went early in the am. Waited 15 minutes at drive thru for someone to answer. Saw someone inside. Seemed annoyed that we were there. Turned it around. We all have our moments. He turned it around. Staff member was friendly enough. Debit machine was down. It was also down yesterday when went. I feel for staff when they have to deal with this kind of stuff. Good for the staff member that was able to turn an annoying situation into a positive one. Not once did the staff member voice anything negative about the debit situation.
Hands down the best Tim Hortons experience in Pembroke! The location is spotless – you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. A huge shoutout to the manager, Shalom – she's absolutely fantastic! You can really see her leadership reflected in the team.
