Who doesn’t enjoy a surprise!? Ketchup residue on my bagel this morning… I spent $15 on two bagels and two coffees. I would assume with all of the poor media coverage this company has faced, they would at least teach their employees about cross contamination… I tried calling the store so inform management that they may want to keep an eye on whoever is managing the food this morning but the phone just keeps ringing. Filled with people that don't speak English. The quality of service and food has plummeted exponentially. My entire company avoids this place for good reason. Go to the William Street store. They hire Canadians.
