Can your employees please be trained on how to properly put espresso shots with coffee? I have had to request my espresso shots to be poured OVER the coffee (which is how it's supposed to be done-elgin location does this -it's standard) because if I didn't, the espresso is poured first and the coffee ontop of it. The location across the street needs to be trained on this too. I drive to the elgin location since they do it properly even though your location is walking distance to me..I also had an experience where I requested... read more
