I went thru and got a large tea, at window I asked if I can have an extra empty hot cup and the girl at the window said "no that would be 20 cents extra" I was surprised! Wow , maybe I am just unaware and this was the rule all along but I didnt expect that... and then that girl just disappeared and another girl asked me what happend and I said I am looking to get an extra cup, she gave it to me and when I was giving her the 20 cents she didnt take it as she was confused. I am speechless😐
