I was in yesterday with my friends we waited for a very long time the were 3 young adults in the online pickup spot chatting with workers Finally I asked very loudly if anyone was working the counter an someone came to take orders after that and yes I’ve worked in food service for 43 years mostly in a coffee shop at Acadia campus and would never ignore customers In That manner we usually come in every Sunday after our dog agility class so it’s not the first time it’s been slow but this was terrible
Waited nearly 10 minutes at the counter just to be acknowledged and served while three employees were working drive-thru. Very poor customer service
