If I could give it 0 stars I would. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Slow, unfriendly and can’t even make a bagel with cream cheese. I’ve been here multiple times as a DoorDash driver and a customer and I can’t believe how poor the service is.
I order a breakfast sandwich and a drink. They asked me to park and wait for my drink - after sitting in the parking lot for 6 minutes, no drink, I had to get out of my vehicle and go into the restaurant. All of the workers running around behind the counter like chickens with their heads cut off. Nobody knows what they're doing and nobody knows anything about my drink. This is the most disorganized place ever and I will not be back. The entire chain has gone downhill since it was bought out. Disgusting service.
Was refunded for an item because I wanted something else. Paid extra for the different item. Was still given the other item I did not want. Service is generally pretty poor, taking drive through orders while I'm trying to place my dine in order. There was no "thank you's, have a good days, etc." I think management needs to prioritize service at its current state.
Best customer service at this location, staff is very friendly
Great service, quick and friendly staff. Coffee is always fresh.
