the washrooms are extremely smelly and very dirty. turns my stomach to think this place is that dirty. gas gas doesn’t clean. does tim hortons?
Lot of waiting time
They need to hire more people i wait there for half just for soup and coffee
Customer Service was extremely poor leaving an awful experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were yelling at customers when it was the staff unable to keep up with the orders . Staff refused to take front store order and forced customers use the automated kiosk which was inaccessible and uncomfortable for some customers. One of the employees- named Rose- was yelling at those customer struggling to order from the kiosk.
