I placed a mobile order with an offer on Farmer’s wraps: 2 for $7. When I was charged $12.00 for the order I approached the drive thru window to clarify. They told me “nothing we can do, sorry”. I told them I didn’t want the wraps and left. In all, after speaking with many customer service reps on the phone, they refused to take ownership of their mistake and I still have yet to be reimbursed my $12 for goods that I did not receive.
