The staff don't know what they're doing. The place is dirty, not a clean table and the floor is grimy. The bathroom resembles a toxic waste horror movie set.
Ordered 2 plain bagels double toasted with plain cream cheese and both bagels were soggy, not even toasted the first time and had hardly any cream cheese on them. Don't think I will ever return to this location.
