I ordered 2 breakfast bacon sandwiches on biscuits (listed as two of the same kind on the screen) and asked and paid to substitute the processed cheese for cheddar cheese. I waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Which I wouldn't mind, I understand how busy it can get as I used to work at Tim Hortons years ago, so I can sympathise.
