If they forget something in their order , they won’t fix it, make you come back and ask a manager the next day? For a $2 item, not worth it
Very Dirty. Tables were dirty when requested to wipe a table for us the girl/women said they are busy while no other customer or cars on Drivethru!
Went to this location and it as been over a year since I ordered a cilanto lime chicken loaded bowl and to clarify they had came out in 2022 with cheese not being an ingredient, I went today and ordered one and I guess they changed the ingredients now it contains cheese, I am lactose intolerant and although I can tolerate some small bits of dairy, cheese is the worst for me. February 4, 2026 Review I consistently have an exceptional experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Donovan, who is often at the drive-thru when I stop by for my morning beverage. He goes above and beyond in every interaction, thoughtfully giving me a survey code with my purchase, checking that my drink is full, and even adding a sleeve so it doesn’t burn my hands.
