Another disappointing visit at this Tim Hortons (July 8) - the staff are ALWAYS RUDE here, I don't complain about bad customer service only if staff are rude and disrespectful, over the last 5 years this is probably the 10th rude incident and I am finally making a complaint: I stopped in for a quick coffee as the only customer inside. I've been coming to list Tim Hortons for the last 8 years. Whoever you have training, the new staff needs to take another look at their Tim Hortons Canada training manual.. So many things are being missed. So many conversations ending in arguments because lack of consistencies from this location amongst others not practicing traditional teachings.
