Last week, I stopped by just afternoon to order a drink, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. I placed a mobile order and waited quite a while without receiving it, while customers ordering in-store seemed to be getting their orders much faster. I completely understand that it was lunchtime and they were busy, but it really felt like mobile orders were being pushed to the side. What bothered me more was the attitude of the staff.
