So sad to see that this location is now closed permanently as of today, according to the sign. This was the best location in the area, with super friendly staff. Been going here for years. The other locations need a serious course in customer service.
It was Christmas eve at 2:35 pm and we were there for lunch on our way out of town. The poster on the door said their hours were 5:30 am - 3:00 p.m. . As soon as we went in they said they were closing at 2:00 pm. We were told this 5 times...people yelling from the back. We ordered and ate. People kept coming and at 1:45 pm they locked the door...yelling to everyone they were closing at 2:00 pm. We tried to leave around 2:00 but the door was locked. Tim Hortons always delivers great service! The staff are friendly, my order is always accurate, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Whether it’s a quick coffee run or a sit-down meal, they consistently make the experience enjoyable.
Ordered two coffees and the lady took my order then went into the back for 5 minutes to talk on the phone before she made my order and served it to me , unacceptable, phone calls are for break time not during work hours
