This place has gone to crap. Don't buy from here. super slow to serve people. When it takes 10 minutes to serve a customer a coffee that's bad
I usually have a really good experience here and the whole team is normally very kind and professional, which is why today’s experience was disappointing. The lady at the front taking our order had a very rude attitude and made us feel uncomfortable while ordering, almost like she was doing us a favour. Customer service should always be respectful and welcoming. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a name tag so I could not identify her. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because I genuinely like coming to this location.
