Many people complain about waiting for too long. I've seen it myself several times, but today I found out why. The staff knows a lot of people in the line waiting (they greet each other loudly even when in line) . I have nothing against it , friendship is great, but those people were behind me and they got their orders before me( I had only one cup of coffee). Literally saw a woman getting her order within seconds. Either replace the people who work there or stop this "friends-go-first" service
People working are plain rude. Complain and be super rude about making a cheese pizza at 5:30pm when they don’t close till 7. They wonder why no one goes to the mall to eat anything. What a joke.
