No wonder it's so empty here. The lady at the front asked me for my order. I asked for my large matcha latte, less sugar, less ice. She asked, "Medium?" I corrected her. She said "Medium matcha latte?" I said no, large. No issue - she got it the third time, except she didn't. She delivered a medium matcha latte to me. Great experience at this timhortons the staff were friendly
This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The night-shift staff were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from start to finish. They repeatedly got our order wrong, and instead of apologizing or trying to fix their mistakes, they kept making unnecessary comments and complaining to us about how other cars were waiting.
