Poor customer service
Didn’t give me the right order and then told me to pay for the correct order. Customer service was not good!
Worst iced coffee i ever drinked ,please change your staff its not the first time they making wrong order for me
I honestly don’t start my day without stopping at this Tim Hortons location. While it’s important to me that my coffee is always hot, fresh, and made just right, what really keeps me coming back is the incredible customer service. I have a few Tim Hortons locations that are much closer to home, but I choose this one every single time because it’s consistently clean, incredibly efficient, and the staff always make me feel welcome.
