This tim hortons location has the very worst customer service, the man at the front desk has no human feelings, what I got today at tim hortons got me discouraged also they could not give a little child water the man said it's not for free that was so disheartening. I think the management needs to do better on the staffs that represents the company at the front desk.
Go with my kids often and everything and everyone has always been great !
