Worst experience, the lady at night always make excuses and say the grill machine is on cleaning so we cannot service you, but if ask any other employee they always serve…don’t know the name but she doesn’t wanna work i guess.
For a Canadian establishment you’ve certainly disappointed many. It’s not the first time you’ve given rude and obnoxious customer service. Slamming the window - shoving the interact machine at the customers. All I wanted was a French vanilla and a Boston crème but I guess their inventory and rude employees prefer to socialize behind the window rather than attending to customers.
