Lady at the counter took 10 minutes to take my order and then took another 5 to make the drink. Drink looks dirty and tasted funny

Very poor service. The staff don’t even ven listen to order and give whatever they want instead. This has already happened to me three times. In the busy morning drive thru you can’t check right away, and later you realize the order is wrong. They don’t even napkins with the order. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.
