Just went through drive thru. Terrible terrible service. The girl didn't even speak English, ended up explaining to her what an iced cap means. Which was fine but the terrible attitude made it a crappy experience.
So sad this Tim’s is closing to make room for more unnecessary buildings. Sure the service has gone downhill over the years, but all Tim’s locations are like that unfortunately. I’ve been coming here for 15+ years, any time I need a quick breakfast early in the morning. I seriously can’t remember any time I’ve gone to distant appointments, the airport, or a roadtrip without passing by this location. The worst Tim Hortons and Wendys Dirty like hell, even the sitting area Washrooms are super dirty So many people, yet nobody to keep the cleanliness
The toilets are absolutely disgusting. They hadn’t been cleaned for some time. Urinal is overflowed. Excrement all over the toilet. Garbage and filth all over the floor. This isn’t a one-time issue. It’s clear their standards of even basic hygiene are way below what’s expected in a place that serves food.
