I had a really great experience at Tim Hortons, thanks to Komal. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Employees like her make a big difference. Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like her on the team.
This Tim's is degrading it's quality over time. Most of the time we get wrong orders and it all depends upon the time of the day we visit, so directly impacted by the employee in the shift. If we ask them or give them feedback regarding the wrong order or missing order, they will be rude and neglect by saying atleast you got something (**again saying it all depends on the person who's working that shift). So many people from my workplace are disappointed by it's service and food, and the complaints are increasing day by day.
