Good job Gill Team fresh coffee always
Absolutely terrible service. I clearly ordered a jalapeño bagel with double butter, double toasted, and garlic cream cheese—but she messed it up and gave me a plain bagel instead. I had to tell them to fix it, and even then, the second bagel had no butter at all, just toasted with garlic cream. How hard is it to follow a simple order? The staff were completely unprofessional and didn’t seem to care at all. This is basic customer service, and they failed miserably.
