I recently had a really frustrating experience at this location on 11 February during the morning shift . I ordered a steep tea, triple triple, and it was served cold. When I went back to the drive-thru to ask for a replacement, instead of an apology, I was met with arguments. The staff insisted that a triple triple would naturally be cold, which is ridiculous as I order this drink twice a week and know that's not the case.
