I ordered ice latte from drive through and was told to wait at the front. After ten minutes I had to park my car and get it myself. Before getting in one the staff came out and said here is your latte ( the drink in the picture). Since it didn’t look like it had any coffee in it I asked are you sure this latte?! Missing half the manu, although its on the screen. Misleading
It's a tim Hortons in a gas station, they get very busy and overwhelmed sometimes. Are my orders always 100% correct? No, are my orders ever 100% correct at any fast food place i go? Never. Are the staff here amazing , friendly and always greet me with a smile? Every damn time! Love it, I'll keep coming back 100% .
