They make the ice caps half full... no other tims makes their ice caps like this shitty tims .. you can even feel the difference in weight.. and they always rush you out of the drive-thru... trash tims

0 ⭐️ or Negative ⭐️ Today on my visit i ordered 2 small double-doubles and a medium protein latte with 2 sweeteners. For the third time, the sweeteners were missed. I had no time to go back due to a short break. When I called the store, the staff member was dismissive and wouldn’t listen. Waste of money and very poor service… Further, they focus more on talk in store and let the customers stand long time who cares.
Great customer service, great food and my go to Tims :)
