I would give them a zero if I could. Went on Sunday and ordered on the app. When I got there and went to pick up my food they informed me it wasn't ready and would be another 10 minutes as they didn't have any hashbrown or eggs ready. I was just trying to get a bagel and i specifically said a little butter BUT she put soo much, and i asked 3 times to get it fixed and she kept getting it wrong and taking a long time. There was a kind young worker who tried to calm the situation down and offered to refund my order but i am very disappointed in this service
I’ve been a regular daily customer here since it opened, but I’ve finally had enough. Today I ordered two supreme stack sandwiches, and what I got for both of them was a bottom bun with cheese and meat, that’s it. No top bun, half a sandwich. Someone had to of put that in the box, knowing it was incomplete, and sent it out the door anyways. Extremely poorservice. I’m tired of paying for items I don’t get. Won’t ever be returning.
