We grabbed coffee at this location and honestly the staff were sooo friendly and even though the biscoff latte isn’t on the menu, the gentleman at the counter offered to make a version of the biscoff for me because they still have the syrup that goes with it. Which I thought was extremely sweet instead of just telling me no. I appreciate the great customer service!
Stopped here briefly with my fiance, got fast service and the other customers were pleasant.
We waited for 15 minutes and there was no lineup even. Staff was doing gossip at back and didn’t show interest in taking our order. The employee named (Masha) took order and she was soo rude, no smile, no thank you at end. At end, it was awful service .
