The quality of service has noticeably declined. Two years ago, the manager and staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and pleasant, which made a big difference. Unfortunately, that warmth and professionalism seem to be gone now. The same issue exists at the other location beside DQ. Worst hot chocolate ever. What in gods name are you serving to peole there. If the machine is broken why are you serving slop to ppl. Disgusting. Was long gone on hwy before I noticed.
Honest question, is this place capable of fulfilling orders correctly? For the 2nd time in a week my basic order is wrong. This time I ordered a bagel with cheddar, and got a bagel no cheddar, which I was charged for !!!DO BETTER !

Terrible food. I ordered a sausage belt, received bacon and the bagel was so hard it wasn't edible. This seems to be norm these days at most Tim Hortons.
