Asked for cream twice after employee said milk 🤦. Don't even sound close to the same.
I use to stop at this location a lot. Then I started to order extra large French vanilla at a cost of $4.19. But every time I order from this location I NEVER get a full cup I get the equivalent to a large. When I’m paying almost $10 for 2 drinks I expect them to be full. I won’t be returning I would rather drive across town to another location where my cup will be filled. It’s such a shame that customers are not getting what they pay for especially at such a price.
There is a young man who works the drive thru window in the mornings. AMAZING!!! Always smiling, happy and friendly.
The quality of service has noticeably declined. Two years ago, the manager and staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and pleasant, which made a big difference. Unfortunately, that warmth and professionalism seem to be gone now. The same issue exists at the other location beside DQ. The staff often make customers feel like they're doing us a favour by taking our order. That's not a good experience.
