The service was okay—staff were polite, but things felt a bit slow during busy times. The drive-thru in particular can get backed up, so be prepared to wait a little. The food was average. The donuts and Timbits were fresh, and the sandwiches were alright, though nothing stood out as exceptional. Overall, it’s a reliable place for a quick coffee or snack, but more about convenience than quality.
Polite staff
I used the drive thru to order an iced Capp and had asked if they had the caramel toffee syrup (my go-to), but they didn't. Instead, they had the caramel churro syrup to offer, but I had tried it previously and wasn't a fan of it. So I opted for a regular iced capp (which I rarely do anymore because iced Capps just don't taste the same as they used to).
