Waited 30minutes for 2 bagels, one bagel looked like the egg was trying to escape the bagel and the other bagel looked like someone took a bite out of it. Nice looking tims but service was terrible

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! We went here 3 times yesterday Once through the drive through around 16H to order 2 coffees. And when we did the order and started driving up to the window we were saying, "wow it's so terrible the person speaking into the headset sounds MISERABLE. Then they shouldn't be doing customer service jobs." We took our coffees and went back home. Then we decided to go to that Tim's again, we arrived around 20H20 (online it says they close at 23H).
