It was a great place to go out . Very friendly and fast customer service . 5 stars to this place
The branch provides very poor service.. I went in to buy something, not to steal or anything. The staff should smile and be attentive to customers. I ordered almost $140 but they treated me like I was a thief. They stared at me, gossiped, and stood around whispering to each other. I bought a lot, so I asked him to help me carry to my car at the parking lot. But they didn’t offered to help me . they just stood there chatting and laughing. Great experience at this Tim Hortons The staff is always friendly, polite, and hardworking. They handle busy times very well and still manage to serve with a smile. My order was accurate and service was quick. Really appreciate the great customer service keep up the good work
