Never have anything in stock or say they do till you pay or almost do then they don’t have it anymore and you have to sub or get nothing the workers can’t understand you. They all have not customers skills I only go to Starbucks now not because it good but because it’s at least fast and they can understand what you want to order and HAVE it 98% of the time. I don't like leaving poor reviews as everyone has a bad day but this is a pattern at this point. I've been asked to pull through drive thru before when places are backed up, completely understandable. However, this location does not keep track of this. 4 times now at the same location I have been asked to pull off to the side (after the first 2 times I've made sure to let them know of my concern before pulling to the spot they ask you to) and each time they just completely forget to make my order or bring it out. This Tim Hortons seriously needs improvement I sometimes stop by on my way to work and they take minimum 10-15 minutes, way too long. When you get to the order speaker they don’t even ask or speak but make you wait minimum 5 minutes before they ask you what you want to order. Anytime I’ve came here the wait time has been ridiculous I’m unsure to as how these place is even running.
