I usually go through the tim horton drive thru and honestly, they used to be very slow and sometimes rude. But yesterday morning was a completely different experience - there was an new guy on the window and was super friendly, quick who made the whole visit pleasant. Definitely noticed a big improvement in their custpmer service. From my side - whoever the new guy is, is exactly the kind of person tim hortons need at the front. HIS positive energy made my day and I hope, the store keeps more estaff like him
In the past decade this brand has lost complete recognition across Canada, ard is now one of the least reputable brands in the country. It's locations like this that are the reason why, and the owner specifically. The poor service has followed this ownership for the past decade and it keeps going from management to management to management. The root of the cause is ownership. Either properly staff your stores and train properly or sell all locations in this city. You don't care.
No sausage at 10am on a Saturday morning? Really?
They always let me use the washroom and I never even needed to make a purchase
