The slowest brach ever! Waiting a lot at drive thru!
Worst experience i ever had on Tim Hortons on 26 august 2025 time 6:00. I pay for my order and wait for 12 minutes and after that when i ask for my order they said we haven’t any food which i pay for. Never go to this location.
Food as in coffees only....one iced cap & one coffee..iced cap tasted good but was not iced. Very little slush involved ..machine musta been slacking. And the hot coffee was overdosed with cream & sugar so much so the coffee couldn't be hot if it tried and the consistency was sweetly thick. Just all wrong. Buttttt usually it's fine here.
I’ve ordered from this Tim Hortons multiple times and almost every time my order is messed up. Items are often missing, and recently I ordered a vegetarian bowl but they put chicken in it. I am vegetarian, so this was very careless and unacceptable. I complain every time, but nothing changes and nothing ever happens to fix the service. Management really needs to take customer concerns seriously and train staff to pay attention to orders.
