I often visit here….food is not same as other tims, especially lattes. Kindly let the guy at front counter Iknow some basic stuff to greet customers and how to be poliet and don’t do backbiting with others in front of customer. (I was there at 9 am,2 January). Literally he pointed me out with other guy and rolled his eyes…what going on????…. Service and quality has consistently been declining. This is the worst tim hortons I've been to. I gave them one last chance, I ordered a large london fog. All I got was the frothed milk and tea bags, no hot water. When I person handed the teller the drink they talked and laughed. They probably knew what they did. I had other things so I didn't notice until I got home. I won't be going back to that one.
Very very bad service
This place is bad. Unfortunately no service. The slowest tim hortons drive thru ever. Waiting 15 mins for a wrap... breakfast sandwich the last time had something hard like egg shell in it. Thought id give it another chance and regret my decision.
door is too squeaky card reader didn't work with my gift card (it works at another location) unwiped spill in kitchen I feel bad for the staff tbh
