Amazing customer service and very friendly staff at Tim Hortons. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. Clean environment and overall a great experience.

This is the closest Tim Hortons to my work, and this is absolutely the worst Tim Hortons. Absolute trash, employees telling you not to come back because they screwed up your order. Maybe I should try something other than Tim Hortons was the answer. I do absolutely everything in my power to avoid Tim Hortons in general.

I visited this Tim Hortons tonight and received really great customer service. There was a young boy wearing a turban whose name I don’t remember, but he was extremely polite and helpful. His positive attitude and warm smile truly made my day.
