I'm a consistent buyer of Tim Hortons and have lived on the east coast and the west coast of Canada for long periods of time. This Tim Hortons in Chilliwack is hands down the worst location I have ever been to. They screw up 7 out of 10 drive through orders, you have to repeat yourself multiple times. The muffins are frequently stale and the coffee usually tastes like it has soap in it. I work closely to this location and all of my coworkers have had the same experience. They got my order wrong three times in a row, original order was coffee with almond milk and I can’t have dairy, so I gave up and just left with a French vanilla and gave it to my coworker. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and I won’t be giving them another chance. I used to work for Tim Hortons and it’s nothing like it used to be. In a way they are helping me save money by not going out for coffee there again so one star for that.
