Je fréquente cette place régulièrement! Aujourd’hui au service au volant j’ai commandé un café arrivé pour payer je demande à la fille puis je avoir un muffin aussi stp! Elle m’a répondue la madame j’ai vraiment pas le temps, quel temps? Je suis choquée, juste prendre un muffin et me le remettre. En passant c’est pas un muffin GRATUIT.
Last year, I stopped going due to the horrible service and atmosphere they provided. It seems the owner changed and I started going back. It improved a bit. However, 2-3 months ago, the service got bad again. High employee turnover. Current ones and new hires have no customer service skills, no sales and client retention skills, especially in the drive through.
