Last year, I stopped going due to the horrible service and atmosphere they provided. It seems the owner changed and I started going back. It improved a bit. However, 2-3 months ago, the service got bad again. High employee turnover. Current ones and new hires have no customer service skills, no sales and client retention skills, especially in the drive through.
Passé à 14h, plus aucun feuilleté ni croissant. L’employé sur place semblait sans motivation, et a même soupiré quand je lui ai demandé s’il restait un croissant… Une expérience un peu ordinaire et pas très accueillante.
