amazing staff
Please ask employees to refrain from wearing strong fragrances during their shifts at this location on Capital Drive. The drive thru window always has a strong odour of cologne which lingers in my car, and just this morning at 7am I ordered a coffee and the lid/cup both smelled like someone sprayed perfume directly on them. Thankfully I don’t have an allergy, but many people do and this should be taken more seriously, on top of the fact that it’s unsanitary and unpleasant.
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I visited this Tim Hortons and ordered a Veggie Cilantro Wrap, but they served me chicken instead. I realized something was wrong with the very first bite, and when I asked at the counter, they confirmed it was non-veg. As someone who strictly avoids non-veg, this was extremely upsetting—I actually vomited immediately after finding out.
