So i go through the drive through and get a grilled cheese. There is NO cheese on the bread (thats the good part) i had two bites cuz i dont like to complain then i go in and ask for my money back or a new grilled cheese, “its already half eaten” no it wasnt, and then the lady goes “well its eaten” doesnt mean you cant give me cheese on my grilled cheese? if there was a way to leave 0 stars and just this review i would.
Best Tim Hortons in town. The manager Bethann? sweetest woman i've ever met. she really treats me like family when i come in, bless her heart.
Excellent service by Komal, she’s always very polite while helping me choosing my order and Beth Ann has always been very helpful as well. My favourite Tim Hortons to go to in Chatham!
Had an amazing experience with quick service and the servers were polite and understanding, shout out to ashlyn and Komal for being patient with my order.
Amazing staff at this location! I come here all the time :) especially komal, very sweet, overall best service.
