Honestly worst time Hortons ever, I have personally witnessed an employee being yelled and degraded by a manager( an employee with special needs) The owner was contacted about this and did not take it seriously at all and did nothing about it, very disappointing. I visited a few more times and always everything is out of stock, including materials like straws and cups. Ce restaurant ne mérite même pas un étoile. Les cafés servis ne sont même pas à moitié remplis et le “gérant” refuse de le remplir plus, même si on a déjà payé pour… 35 min d’attente pour deux cafés et un muffin. Service pitoyable, surtout de la part du “gérant” qui est extrêmement bête et insulte presque les clients (il n’’a aucune raison pour que quelqu’un comme ça sens respect gère ce restaurant. Pas de saucisse pour les wraps ou autres déjeuners Tim, la machine à cappuccino ne fonctionne pas … les tables sont sales. Ce que je déplore, c’est que c’est normal de ne pas offrir le menu …
Pour vrais il y a jamais rien, sa prendre une éternité ce faire servir, c’est le PIRE TIM HORTON que j’ai été, sérieux sa fait dure
