More than 10 employees, it took at least 4 minutes to take our order. The preorders machines did not work properly, the trash cans were completely full, tables not clean, neither the toilets. But the cherry on the cake was the sign that said help wanted for more employees. I worked in a fast food restaurant downtown Montréal where I was the only person to take orders between 7am and 11am, serve them, and I also was doing the cleaning. Worst dark roast , triple splendia and triple milk tasted and ordered. It tasted like sweet white drain water.
Very very disgusting customer service first thing in the morning. The drive thru was long, the cashier did not even greet but proceed to ask me in French [no problem] can I have your order? I didn't understand because we recently moved to Quebec and do not speak French just yet. However I replied on English and she continued to speak in French until I asked for English in very very hostile and angry way.
