Too slow no line no drive through line they just work toooooo slooooow
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Double Double coffee with extra espresso foam and paid extra for it, but there was absolutely no espresso taste in my coffee. When I went back and raised the issue, the staff refused to admit they could have made a mistake. Instead, they argued with me and spoke rudely. I told them to keep the coffee because I no longer wanted it, but they simply left me standing at the counter without any apology, refund, or attempt to fix the issue. Used the drive through and wasn’t fully prepared for my order. However I was greeted by a wonderful team that was patient and worked the order with me while my passengers in the back asked for more. My order was prepared promptly delivered with a smile and as incredible as it sounds the food was well presented. Honestly if every Tim’s was like that no one would complain. I’ll make a detour as of now just to get service here. Thanks for making my Saturday morning better! 🫶
