Average service, drive thru is meant to provide fast service, meaning if I was waiting in a line up, i should be given my order as soon as I am at the window, but even for things, as small as a single bagel i have to not only just wait but asked to take another round in the drive thru. I would have let it slide if it was once, twice, or thrice, but it happens every time!!! I can be in a rush but they waste our time.
