Sadly service quality and customer service were terrible. I switched to McDonald's for consistency.
"I usually enjoy Tim's anywhere, I have a blind trust, it can't go wrong, however this time at this location I have a different experience, staff at this location have some significant attitude problems. I ignored couple of initial attitude issues however I cannot ignore this, when My wife specifically asked the server to mark the 'double toasted' bagels so we could tell them apart from the others in our order.
