Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service, I would like to bring to your attention a negative experience I had at one of your drive-thru locations. When I placed my order at the speaker, it was not confirmed back to me, even after I repeated it. By the time I reached the window, the employee who cashed me out was very rude and dismissive, showing a poor attitude. Terrible service at this location. I ordered 2 egg and cheese English muffins online, and both came out cold and not toasted. On top of that, every visit they either wave cars to stop before the window or ask to park, even for just one small order. What’s the point of ordering through the app if it’s always slow and disappointing? Really not acceptable.
