Dolly is my most favourite employee at this location . Too good service and knows how to provide her 100%. The ambience is so good, all the employees comes with this warm smile while serving customers. really happy with the meal i got this week.
I have no idea idk if dolli she the supervisor or an employee she handled my wrong drink complaint so perfectly, offered me side item which makes sense. They know how to keep their customers.
Worst Tim's experience ever. I've been to every tim Hortons in ajax but have never met a employee so disrespectful or rude ever before. Aside from getting our order wrong, the amount of attitude I was faced with was just disappointing. From the moment I started my order, I felt rushed, and didn't even have time to think about what I wanted. She started yelling at me when I asked for a coffee THAT SHE MISSED and tried to blame it on me. When I left, I realised she didn't even put sugar in my coffee.
