This location always messes up my order, too many times that now I have to leave a review. Drive thru staff this morning was short and unwelcoming. I ordered a steeped tea and paid for it, when I got to the window they said they were out. They gave the option to wait or get another flavour of tea. I decided to wait. They offered orange pekoe saying "It's the same thing" - it is not. I confirmed I would wait the minute for what I ordered. 2nd review I decided to give Tim Hortons another chance the very next day—and unfortunately, the same issue happened again. My pre-order still wasn’t made. At the drive-thru, they asked me to pull forward and wait, which again defeats the entire purpose of pre-ordering. When I asked about the process, they told me I need to stop at the mic and inform them about my mobile order. That makes no sense—if I’ve already pre-ordered, why isn’t it showing in your system automatically? Clearly there’s some kind of glitch or poor coord... read more
