While having lunch at this location on July 31, 2025, a front counter staff member stepped into the kitchen. Someone in the kitchen started hollering at her, not in English so I don't know what was said, and she proceeded to argue back loudly. This went on for 5 minutes and she had tears on her face when she came back to the counter. It made the atmosphere unpleasant and in my opinion this was very unprofessional, I will not be back to this location.Ā
the crews here always made my day by their consistent service. and the new supreme stack sandwich is amazingly good.Ā

before going to work in the morning. seeing the good and friendly people on this location make my day exceptional. they often check the cleanliness of the restaurant especially the restroom. liked my sausage scrambled egg box with french vanilla.Ā

I got to say that I was a little surprised at my last visit to this Tim Hortons location. First of all, I was left standing at the counter waiting to order my food for nearly 10 minutes while all the staff kept walking past me as if I didn't exist. Once I was finally acknowledged, I had to deal with the attitude of the person who took my order who made me feel like an imbecile. Very unfriendly atmosphere all around.
