Today, between 5:15 AM and 5:20 AM, I experienced unacceptable treatment at your drive-thru. The food I received was cold, and when I first told the employee, he took it and returned it after about a minute. I told him again that it was still cold, and that is when he yelled at me and insulted me from the window. As I was leaving, he even stuck his head out the window and continued yelling at me.
