Came in 815 ish and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received one of the employees name’s Stephen. He took my order at the counter was impatient and dismissive, aggressively demanding and rude. I had conversations with manager about my issue she was also extremely rude and aggressive towards me. Food is good but they are severely understaffed. It's like actually sad.
Every damn time they get the order wrong. It’s one drink I don’t see why I gotta keep coming back. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT. How can ya’ll mess up every time and not take accountability or improve. If u guys like a surprise drink every single time then come here!
