Jun 30th, 12:30PM What a disaster with this Tim Hortons implementing a drive thru. Both store front and drive thru teams running into each other with only one station for all things cold drinks, and a one way road for food, lots and lots of traffic with where they opened a drive thru window. I felt like I was watching a circus, while waiting in line, just to later use the kiosk, for a combined total wait time of 25min, for an iced coffee. Gotta be kidding me, right?? Terrible customer service at the casher this morning.
This location is newly renovated. The staff are always friendly and service is efficient. We had a great experience here.
Afternoon Drive thru on Saturday June 13, had a very nice experience with a young fellow! He was so polite and made my coffee pickup very pleasant! Judy
