I visited the Tim Hortons on Northfield in Waterloo at 7:35 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. I followed the directions of the line exactly, and there was no one else in it. I went up to the till that said “Place your order here.” While I was at the till, both staff members looked at me approximately four or five times.
