I visited the Tim Hortons on Northfield in Waterloo at 7:35 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. I followed the directions of the line exactly, and there was no one else in it. I went up to the till that said “Place your order here.” While I was at the till, both staff members looked at me approximately four or five times. we went through the drive through and ordered drinks and the cilantro lime chicken wrap. I was told the grill was turned off, and was unable to be used. when I received the wrap at the window, I found out it was cold too, not just folded with the grill, I asked if this could be turned into a bowl, which they said no because they already used a wrap. Came to dine with Grandma, but practically everything was out that she eats. No pastries, no croissants, none. Ordered something else, but even then, staff very irresponsible. Handed order off to someone else. If you want to save 20-30 minutes, don't come to this time location.
