Bathroom was disgusting...tables could use a cleaning after each use...please do your part in germ prevention
Horrible experience at this location tonight (March 5th/2026 around 545-6pm. Went in to get my wife a BLT sandwich. Shes picky with the way she likes it, but I never have an issue at other locations. One request was 1 tomato instead of 2, cut tomato in half and place length Wise on the sandwich. Obviously that's not something they can put on the screen, they have to communicate with the person making it. That didn't happen, ended up with one whole tomato on one half of the sandwich. I went through drive thru and the guy who was serving me Scott, he needs to try learning how to smile and treat the customers. I asked him to scan my rewards, I believe he had already cashed me out before scanning my rewards because I didn't got any roll up points or none of my points increased in the app. Horrible guest service. The coffee I took seemed an expired one and had horrible taste. Never going back at this location.
