If could give a zero i would i have gone to this store 3 times and everytime my xl darkroom double double half decaf is never right ,I have to add sugar and cream how hard is it to make the order,if the staff and management want to see how to do it go to the tim hortons at the food basics plaza, will never return and will let my friends know about the terrible service ,the worse tim hortons in k-w
Today I went to grab a coffee and my morning donut, and Melody went above and beyond. She helped me choose a great donut and made sure my coffee was fresh and prepared exactly the way I asked. I’m very thankful for her excellent service and will definitely be coming back!
I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The wait time for my food was much longer than expected, even though it wasn't very busy. When I finally received my order, the food was not fresh and did not taste good.
