This is the worst! We’re paying for a latte, and it’s not even hot—it’s cold. Can’t you even serve it properly? I just threw it out. It was a waste of my money. Since I was already planning to leave, I couldn’t even taste it, so I wouldn’t have returned. The girl who served me was Caren.
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. Nishant is very nice, polite, and provides excellent customer service. He is friendly, always has a smile, and makes customers feel welcome. My grandma was so happy with him. He works very fast. Thank you, Nishant, for making my visit enjoyable! 🙏
I am 75 years old, and my wife and I come here all the time. My wife always asks for Nishant because he is very good at his job. He is always helpful, respectful, and provides excellent customer service. My wife really likes the coffee he makes. He always makes it just the way she likes it, and it makes her happy. Nishant is a hardworking person, and we appreciate everything he good We hope he is recognized for his excellent work because he truly deserves it.
Please make sure you stir tea properly if you can't then told customer before they drink.
