The staff don't care about customers. I saw a customer wait for over 10 minutes at the register, and not a single employee approached to ask about his order. The staff were busy talking amongst themselves and laughing loudly. The customer even called out loudly, and they could hear him, but they didn't respond, which prompted him to leave the café. I visited this location today and ordered a medium Iced Capp and a bagel as part of their in-app Blue Jays promotion. While drinking my Iced Capp, I was very concerned to find several small pieces of plastic in the drink. I’m not sure how much I may have ingested before noticing, but this is extremely worrying and poses a serious health risk. I strongly urge the management at this location to look into this matter immediately and ensure their machines and equipment are checked thoroughly to prevent this from happening again.... read more
