No one cares at all at this location. It’s not my first time there. Every time it’s like that, after waiting and waiting, no one was in front of me. I decided to leave. It’s sad…
If laziness was a place look no further this Tim’s has some of the most lazy half dead sounding workers who will mess up ur order. I’ve been to 100s of Tim’s and never seen employees this poor. They sound like they not even listening when u ordering on the drive through and they aren’t cause they give me the wrong order but still charge me as if it was right
I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a coffee and a wrap, but only received the coffee. Even after 15 minutes, they were serving customers who came after me while my order was completely ignored. When I finally went to the counter, they realized my wrap was never even started. They made it only after I pointed it out, but no one apologized, made eye contact, or showed any professionalism. The staff’s behavior felt rude, uncaring, and discriminatory. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected.
Yesterday was very busy for this location-even with the chaos, the staff still made everyone's orders and tried their best to satisfy all the customers. This location really is a great place to come if you want a friendly experience! Will return.
I come here often because my work is nearby. The drinks are good however I’m continuously disappointed by the food. The other day I picked up a bagel to bring for lunch. When I went on my break I opened it to find that it was completely burnt and inedible. I didn’t get to eat my entire work day because of this. Whoever put it together must have known that it was bad.
